Rusty Posey Named Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager And Team Lead Of First Horizon Bank

First Horizon Bank, a member of the First Horizon National Corp. family of companies, announces Rusty Posey as vice president, senior portfolio manager and team lead for the southeast Tennessee commercial banking group. 

"Mr. Posey, who has been with First Horizon since 2015, comes to the position with a wealth of experience over his 13 years in the finance industry," officials said. "He has served several roles at First Horizon, including commercial credit analyst and most recently as portfolio manager.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to expand our portfolio in a market I have worked in for so long,” said Mr.
Posey. “At First Horizon, we believe in the power of relationships and the growth they bring.”

“Rusty knows the southeastern market well and not only brings experience in commercial banking and credit analysis, but also relationships that have been built through his years in the industry,” said Chattanooga Market President,Jay Dale. “We are confident that Rusty will be successful in expanding new relationships across the region.”

Mr. Posey graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in finance, and also received his MBA from UTC.
