Eric Sneed
Eric Lamar Sneed, Sr., 68, transitioned from this life on July 28, 2020 at his home.
He was born on Feb. 28, 1952, to the late J. D. March and Barbara Jean Sneed.
Eric was affectionately called Uncle “E” by family and friends. He was previously employed by Erlanger Alton Park/Dodson Health Centers as transportation supervisor. Eric loved his family and friends, he was a joy to all of us, and he will truly be missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Michael Sneed, Sr.; aunt Maxine Bennett; nephew, Darrius Marbury; cousin, Terrance Bennett.
He leaves to cherish his memories, cousin/caretaker, Melanie M. White, devoted son, Eric Lamar Sneed, Jr.; daughters, Tammy (John) Burch, Erica Brooks, Lisa Rooks; sisters, Wanda Reed, Stephanie Malone; aunt, Shirley (Johnny) White, Sr.; devoted cousin, Mary (Robert) Harris, devoted niece, Kiechia Marbury; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives and friends, all of Chattanooga.

Public viewing will be from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, at the funeral home, followed by a 2 p.m. graveside service. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
