Marie Harvey
Marie Ann Harvey, age 82, of Sale Creek, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at her home in Sale Creek, TN. She was born on October 28, 1937 in Hamilton County, the daughter of the late James Carl Roberts, Sr. and Bessie Ovella (Holmes) Roberts. Marie was also preceded in death by her husband, William Joe Mark Harvey; her granddaughter, Brandy Lynette Harvey; daughter-in-law, Terry Harvey; and brother, James Roberts, Jr.
Marie lived in Hamilton County most of her life. She was a homemaker, enjoyed crafts and jigsaw puzzles, and was a member of the Pitts Gap Church of God.
She is survived by her three sons, Mark Harvey, Curtis Harvey and Jimmy Harvey all of Sale Creek; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles Roberts of Sale Creek, Raymond (Barbara) Roberts of Soddy Daisy and Tom Roberts of Sale Creek; sisters, Lois Bock of Sale Creek, Helen (Kenneth Hodge, Doris (Jim) Smith and Rebecca (Frank) Stillwell all of Dayton; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Donna Hendon, Sharon Sadruddin, Steve Schafer and Edith Presley.
Graveside funeral services for Marie will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Welch Rogers Cemetery in Sale Creek.
