Missi Shelton
Reliance Partners, the nation’s fastest-growing, privately-held commercial insurance agency for the transportation and logistics industry, on Monday announced the promotion of Missi Shelton to vice president of Customer Service, National Accounts.
Ms. Shelton will lead Reliance’s National Accounts customer service division, focusing on the agency's largest transportation and logistics clients. She will drive Reliance’s mission forward, ensuring that Reliance Partners' clients receive the "extra mile" experience every day, said officials.
“Missi demonstrates an incredible ability and willingness to jump in to help clients and team members find solutions every day," said COO, Laura Ann Howell. “Since joining the agency, her enthusiasm for clients and team has been key to the growth of our National Accounts division."
Ms. Shelton joined Reliance Partners' Customer Service team in 2016, bringing with her more than 17 years of insurance experience. Prior to Reliance, Ms. Shelton spent the majority of her career in sales and customer service in the commercial insurance industry. She enjoys photography, camping, and spending time with her family, especially outdoors.
