Trenna Parker Mathis, age 97, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 from complications due to COVID-19.
Ms. Mathis loved the Lord, and is now residing with her Savior.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Parker; a son, Donald F. Parker; her first husband Ezell F. Parker; second husband Hertis V. Mathis; sisters, Loretta Lankford and Exie Davis; and a brother, Bishop Caylor.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Cooper; grandson, Gene Cooper (April); great-grandson, Payton Cooper (Ashley); great-granddaughters, Amber Cooper, Alexis LoScudo (Wes), Courtney Spence, and Samantha Burger; two great-great-granddaughters Charlee and Poppi LoScudo; and a great-great-grandson Sawyer Spence.
No public services to be held. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to St. Jude Hospital for children, or the charity of your choice.
