Doris Ann Hawkins
Doris Ann Hawkins, age 80, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 at the family residence.
She was the daughter of the late Beaver McNabb and Minnie Bell Richardson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Luther Hawkins; and her daughters Sheila Ogle and Lisa Hawkins.
Mrs. Hawkins was a stay-at-home mom where she spent her time taking care of her physically and mentally challenged daughter Lisa up until the day Lisa passed away. She took care of her with compassion, patience and love. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her daughters, Michelle Longwith and her husband Terry, and Teresa Goss and her husband Ronnie; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Sue Childs and Wanda Roper; and brother, Dibble McNabb.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Dr. William Lamb officiating. The interment will follow at Fort Hill Cemetery with family and friends serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home.
