Held Long Career With Red Food Stores

Mildred Hale Keith, 89, of Hixson, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, in a local hospital.

 

She was retired from Red Food Stores after many years of service and was a member of the Ministry Center.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Keith, parents, David and Nellie Hale and brothers, Tom and William Hale.

 

Survivors include her son, Walter "Art' (Patty) Keith, daughter, Teresa Stewart, sisters, Betty Vandergriff and Jackie Waller, grandchildren, Brandi Bowers and Chase Stewart, great-grandchildren, Luke and Levi Bowers and Gavyn Stewart.

 

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Jan. 22, at 3:30 p.m. in Hensley Cemetery, Hixson, with Pastor Jimmie Talley officiating.

 

The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:30-3:15 p.m. in the funeral home.
