Katie Hampton
Katie Hampton, 65, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Katie had an adventurous spirit and deep love for her family. Katie enjoyed spending as much time with her family as she could. She always spoke from the heart and never met a stranger. Katie spent many hours acting in movies and television shows and loved meeting new friends through her work.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Hampton.
Survivors include her mother, Jeanne Hampton; sister, Patsy Hampton; brother-in-law, David Mathews; sons, Hunter Hampton, Ben Vaughan and Bailey Vaughan; grandchildren, Anneli Hampton, Aya Hampton, Lily Hampton, Penny Hampton; nieces, Mandy Johnson (Sean Johnson), Lisa Port ( Wade Port); great nephews, Maxwell Johnson, Lucas Johnson; great niece, Eva Port; cousin, David Hampton and family, and cousin, Donna Smith and family.
A graveside service will be on Monday, Dec. 6, at 1:30 p.m., at Lakewood Memorial Gardens South, 325 Green Lake Road, Rossville, Ga. 30741.
Due to Covid there will be no public visitation.
