WaterWays Announces Nature By The Pint

WaterWays, a Chattanooga based non-profit, committed to educating children and adults about the importance of clean water in their communities through school programs, restoration projects, community creek clean-ups and homeowner programs, announces Nature by the Pint, a five-month series featuring local science and nature experts.

Nature by the Pint is held the third Thursday of each month, November through March. Programs start at 6 p.m. and are held at Tanasi Brewing and Supplies, 1510 Riverside Dr.

in Chattanooga.

The Dec. 16 program is Rocks and Mud with Christine Walkey. Introduce yourself to caves and caving with Ms. Walkey from Southeastern Cave Conservancy, Inc. Learn local resources for caving and the basics of sport caving.
