Here are upcoming road closings:
Saturday:
MainX24
Southside Holiday Parade
East and West Main Street between Stayton Street and Broad Street will be closed Saturday, from 10 a.m.
until 12:30 p.m. for the MainX24 Parade. Partial closures will also take place on Rossville Ave and Jefferson Street during the same time period. Officers from CPD will be present in addition to detour signs posted.
Station Street
Station Street between Rossville Ave and Market Street will be closed to traffic on Saturday, at 10 a.m. until Sunday, at 2 a.m. for MainX24 festivities.
E 17th Street
E 17th Street between Cappella Street and Rossville Ave will be closed to traffic Saturday, from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. for MainX24 festivities.
Corner Market on 55th
E 55th Street between St Elmo Avenue and Virginia Avenue will be closed on Saturday, between from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. to host the Corner Market on 55th Street. Detours will be posted.
