Charles Lay
Charles “Charlie” H. Lay, Jr., 79, of Signal Mountain, passed away on February 15, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Lillian Lay Sr, wife Sonia Lay, Son Charles “Chipper” Lay III.
He is survived by his brother, Gilbert “Gibby” (June) Lay, and sister, Julia Allred; daughter-in-law, Lydia Hutchinson-Lay; daughter, Mary Lay and son, David (Maggie) Hoo, niece, Andrea (Adam) Bock, and many other family members and friends whom he loved very much.
The family would like to especially thank Tammy Dagnan and Denver Turner for their love and care of Charlie.
