The church said, "It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved friend and Associate Pastor, Tim Maslov.

Tim passed away on Wednesday, the 24th of February. He was truly an example of a life that was beautifully lived and will be missed terribly. We take comfort however, in knowing that he has entered fully into the presence of his Lord and Savior who he served faithfully all of his life. Please keep Tim's wife, Olya, their children, and the entire Maslov family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time."

Pastor Maslov is also survived by his parents, Anatoly and Natalia Maslov.

It was said of him, "Tim’s deep love for God was evident in every aspect of the life that he lived. He was a wonderful husband and father, and an incredible spiritual leader in his home; always making time for his family and teaching them about God; his exhilarating presence guiding and filling his home.

"He strived to bless others and to build them up in the Lord.  He selflessly gave his time, talent and resources to pouring hope and purpose into others with the hope that they too, would be inspired to become a blessing in the life of someone else.

"Tim worked tirelessly and relentlessly, in his beloved Living Stones Church, as an associate pastor and at his company, Anatole Exteriors.  He was never short of new ideas and his passion encouraged others to move forward with enthusiasm.  He had a big heart for people; always building up with his words and influencing others to seek God and serve Him.

"His legacy is great:  a bond servant of Christ; serving to further his Master’s Kingdom in every avenue that he was given.  Fully devoted, unstoppable, bringing glory to his Heavenly King in whose presence he now resides.
