Baylor Soccer Falls To Hoover 3-2

The Baylor boys soccer team traveled to Hoover to play in a non region soccer match on Saturday.  Hoover would score two goals late in the match to earn the 3-2 win.

At the 6th minute, Nathan Lemus (Baylor) scored off a corner kick from Ethan Nunes.

At the 23rd minute, Hoover scored off a corner kick. 

It was 1-1 at halftime.

At the 49th minute, Gui Gragnano (Baylor) scored a Ethan Nunes pass.

At the 64th minute, Hoover scored off a cross to make it 2-2.

At the 73rd minute, Hoover scored off a rebound to go up 3-2.
 
It ended 3-2 for Hoover.

"We traveled to Birmingham to challenge ourselves to get better and we got to play a very good Vestavia Hills team and the #1 team in the state in Hoover," Baylor head coach Curtis Blair said.  "We are excited that we get to have our first home game this Tuesday after being on the road the entire time. "

Shots were 9-8 for Hoover.  Baylor keeper Zach Ubamadu had five saves.  Baylor is not 4-4-1 on the season.
