Doris Rose Lang, 74, of East Ridge, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 9, 2021. 

Doris was born to Elmo and Alvine (Cyr) Gagnon on April 17, 1947, in Lewiston, Maine. Her family moved to New Britain, Ct., where she grew up, raised her family and worked as a department manager for a grocery store. Doris loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She moved to the Chattanooga area in 2013 and was a member of New Covenant Fellowship Church.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bertrand E. Gagnon. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Sonia Fears (husband, Anthony) and Tammy Roy (husband, Steve); sister, Terri Peterson (husband, Pete); grandchildren, Daniel Usher, Collin Fears, Briana Fears, Andrew Ringrose, Jayden Roy; nephew, Eric Peterson (wife, Amber); many family and friends.

Public viewing will be held from 2–6 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held. Interment will be in Lakewood East.
