William "Bill" Spangler of Signal Mountain, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, after a long battle with cancer. He was 79.
Bill was well-known for his Spangler Tour business as well as guitar and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Dempsey and father, Cecil Spangler, both of Signal Mountain.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Frances; daughter, Kimberly (Brian) McGill; and three grandsons, Jordan, Evan, and Ray. Bill is also survived by his brothers and sister-in-law, Randy (Brenda) Spangler, Warren Spangler, Arlos (Sheree) Dempsey, Carlos Dempsey, Ruby Barnes; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Franklin-Strickland Chapel.
Funeral services will immediately follow at 1 p.m.
Following the funeral, we will lay Bill to rest at Fairmount Cemetery, North Fairmount Ave, Signal Mountain, Tn.
