LaNell Carr
LaNell B. Carr, 85, of Ringgold, Georgia, and most recently Chattanooga, Tennessee, went to her heavenly home Thursday, June 10, 2021.
Mrs. Carr was a full time bookkeeper and co-owner of Carr's Antiques for nearly 60 years. She was of Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Carr, daughter Harriett Carr Creech, son Donald Carr, parents Stella Kelly Robertson and Hershel Deems as well as her brother and four sisters.
She is survived by daughters, Sherry (Gary) Mayo and Deborah Carr Peterson, both of Chattanooga; five grandchildren, Jeremy (Jonie) Shavers, Kelly Shavers, Jarrod Smith, Daniel Clark and Ashley (Dustin) Hysinger; many great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, at Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416.
