No New COVID Deaths In Hamilton County, 10 More Cases; Tennessee Has 5 More Deaths

Hamilton County had 10 new coronavirus cases reported Tuesday, bringing the total to 45,316.

There have been no more deaths from the virus, and the total is at 505 in the county.  

The number of those who have recovered from coronavirus in Hamilton County is 44,671, which is 99 percent, and there are 139 active cases. 

There are 27 patients hospitalized and 10 in Intensive Care Units. Three more are hospitalized with suspected COVID. There are eight Hamilton County inpatients

The number of coronavirus cases in Tennessee is at 865,511 on Tuesday with 129 new cases. There have been five more deaths from the virus, for a total of 12,504, State Health Department officials said.

The state currently has 320 people hospitalized from the virus, which is seven more than on Monday. Testing numbers are above 8.089 million across the state.

The number of people who have recovered from coronavirus in Tennessee is 850,762, which is 98 percent.

Bradley County:  15,286 cases, up 48; 152 deaths, down 1

Grundy County: 1,802 cases, up 5; 35 deaths

Marion County: 3,229 cases, up 56; 48 deaths, up 1

Meigs County: 1,425 cases, up 11; 24 deaths, down 1

Polk County: 2,108 cases, down 2; 23 deaths, down 2

Rhea County: 4,397 cases, up 13; 82 deaths, up 8

Sequatchie County: 1,749 cases, up 8; 29 deaths

Knox County: 51,943 cases, up 179; 643 deaths, up 1

Davidson County: 90,450 cases, up 130; 956 deaths, up 3

Shelby County: 98,241 cases, up 237; 1,669 deaths, up 1
