Jerry Etherton
Jerry Wayne Etherton, 55, of Spring City, passed away early Tuesday morning, June 15, 2021, in Meigs County.
He was born on June 26, 1965, in Rockwood, the son of the late Naymon Etherton and Lucinda (Webb) Etherton.
Jerry lived in Spring City all of his life and worked as a laborer in construction. Jerry sure loved his grandchildren and spoiled them riding on his lawnmower.
He is survived by the mother of his children, Brenda Etherton; his sons, Chris Etherton and Larry (Paige) Hood both of Spring City; his brother, Kenny (Tina) Etherton of Kinsport; his sister, Annie (Tom) Gunter of Spring City; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services for Jerry will be held on Friday, June 18, at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Fields officiating. He will be laid to rest at Spring City Cemetery.
