Missy Breeden
Melissa Kay "Missy" Breeden, 54, of Rising Fawn, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Missy was born in Chattanooga, Tn. She was a 1985 graduate from Northwest Georgia High School and graduated from UTC with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing in 1989. She worked as a senior benefit analyst at CIGNA Healthcare Inc. since 2004. She was an active member of the Trenton Church of Christ,
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, General Gene and Janie Herron.
She was married to the love of her life, Rick Breeden, since 1987 and had three wonderful children, Zack, Lauren and Andy.
Survivors include her children Zack (Haley) Breeden, Rising Fawn, GA; Lauren (Felix) Cruz, Rising Fawn, GA and Andy Breeden, Rising Fawn, GA; grandson Jase Breeden, Rising Fawn, GA; siblings Lisa Davidson, Flintstone, GA; Laura Herron, Flintstone, GA; and Tracy (Macara) Herron, Higdon, AL; and several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 25, from 5-8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home and Crematory, Trenton, GA.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 26, at 3 p.m. at the Trenton Church of Christ with Ministers Daniel Rogers and Don Walker officiating.
