Jason Burger, 44, beloved husband, father and grandfather, departed this life on June 3, 2021, due to injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.

Throughout life, Jason enjoyed riding bikes and four wheelers, with a love for being outdoors.  An avid hunter and fisherman, he was an excellent craftsman and could fix or restore anything that his hands touched.  A beloved husband and father, Jason’s most accomplished title was that of being a grandfather to his beloved grandson.  He was a member at Old Ocoee Baptist Church and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Paul.

Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Sonya Qualls Burger; beloved children, Summer (Russell) Stephens and Ian Burger; precious grandson, Titus Stephens; mother, Vickie Shelton; and sister, Cynthia Burger.  Several extended family members and a host of friends also survive.

A private Celebration of Life graveside service will be held at a later date.

Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.HigginsFuneral.com.

Arrangements are entrusted to Higgins Funeral Home of Benton.
