Cleveland Local Advances To NBC'S College Bowl Quarter Finals

Corbin Hines, a 22-year-old University of Tennessee student from Cleveland has advanced, along with the University of Tennessee team, to the quarterfinals of NBC’s new reboot of the Capital One College Bowl.

Mr. Hines is the team captain and is in his junior year as a psychology major. He wants to work as a clinical psychologist one day. He’s an accomplished musician and performed in the UT marching band. He also founded the Black Musician’s Alliance on campus. In addition, he is a member of a music fraternity - Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.

The fraternity focuses on bringing recognition to American Music and they volunteer by singing and performing at senior centers and nursing homes.
