Philip Ronnie Morgan, 59, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at his home in Old Fort, Tennessee.

He was a lifelong resident of Old Fort, of the Baptist faith. Mr. Morgan worked at Shaw Industries as a lift truck driver, enjoyed fishing, playing pool, country music, and spending time with friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James (“Bud”) Roy Morgan and Essie Nell Roach; and his brothers, James Lee Morgan and David Morgan.

He is survived by his very special friends, Ms. Tonia Johnson of Chatsworth, GA and Kenneth Killian of Ocoee, TN; and a niece and nephew.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, Aug. 1, at 2 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at Conasauga Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony and the playing of bagpipes will conclude the service. 

The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
