Gary Parton, 75, of Cleveland, departed this life on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare of Cleveland. Born on Jan. 26, 1946 in Knoxville, he lived the past 25 years in Bradley County, was of the Baptist faith and served his country in the United States Air Force. He was previously employed at Home Depot, and enjoyed photography and spending time with his family. Gary was a 33rd degree Mason in the Chota Lodge #253.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ruth Parton.

Left behind to cherish Gary’s memory are his loving wife, Sue Parton; children, Chris Wright, Bryant Wright and Barry Wright(Angela); sister, Donna McMahan (Tom); as well as several extended family members and a host of friends.

A Gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Gary Nolan Parton will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, 2415 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland.
