Randall Dale McKinney, 64, of Cohutta, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
He was preceded in death by parents, Clyde and Alene McKinney; his brother, Gary McKinney.
Randy grew up on a family farm with 11 siblings. Randy was a hard worker and enjoyed gardening, motorcycles, NASCAR racing, and most of all he loved his entire family.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law; Sara and Nick Lyles of Chatsworth; son, Seth McKinney of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane Roehm of Ft. Olglethorpe, Carolyn and Bob Cronan of Cohutta, Janice and James Lowry of Ooltewah, TN, Norma Carr, Sandy Clayborne, Beverly and Gary Evans, Marty Gladden, Laura Parker, all of Cohutta; brothers and sister-in-law, Carl and Theresia McKinney of Cohutta, Brent and Beth McKinney of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren, Luke, Ellie, Connor, and Liam Lyles; uncles Al White of Atlanta, Reese White of Orlando.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples funeral home with Rev. Tom Phillips officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, Sept. 18, from 12 p.m. till the service time at 4 p.m.
Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
