Chattanooga Radio Veteran Jeff Styles Launches New Daily Podcast

The Chattanooga Drive In Show Designed For Daily Commuters

  • Monday, September 27, 2021

Longtime Chattanooga radio veteran Jeff Styles said he has launched a new daily podcast designed especially for local daily commuters.

Mr. Styles said, “The world has changed. We have changed. America's and Chattanooga’s media consumption habits have changed. But most traditional radio and TV morning shows haven’t. That’s a problem that needs to be fixed… not enough information stretched over too many hours of mindless fluff. We present a solution – The Chattanooga Drive-In Show, featuring the voice locals have heard since 1992. In those 29 years and counting, you all have come to learn, if nothing else, I’m honest, and I love this town. I hold authority figures accountable, I point out the ridiculous, and have good old-fashioned fun. That’s not going to change.”

The approximately hour-long daily podcast will feature Mr. Styles as host, along with co-hosts Jen Lambert and Russell Stroud. Contributors will include Dave Hooker and Jeff Greenspan. The show will be produced by Bryan Stone. Business Manager will be Taft Sibley.

Officials describe the Chattanooga Drive-In Show as "an hour of Chattanooga-centric informative entertainment and entertaining information. News and sports headlines discussed and dissected. Storytelling. Outside observations. Tons of local/regional input and equal time for all viewpoints. Local concerns taken seriously without fear or favor. All delivered quickly in a new format that lets you listen/watch during your regular morning commute...or, at whatever point in your day that's most convenient. A morning show with all you need, from vital topics to a much-needed smile."

The Chattanooga Drive-In Show can be found on Facebook, YouTube and on most podcast platforms. It will be posted by 5 a.m. every weekday morning, Monday-Friday.
