Leigh Hall
Leigh Hall, age 73 of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Hamilton Medical Center surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Seth and Robbie Whittemore; and nephew, Seth Edgar.
She was a loving wife, mother, and “Mommo” to her grandchildren. Leigh was loved by so many because of her positive attitude towards life. She loved to read books, dance, go to the beach, have a good time and loved to “go and do”.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Chris Hall; two daughters and son-in-law, Christa and Donnie Pirozzi of Brookhaven, Ga, and Lisa Whaley of Dalton; sister, Cyle Edgar of Myrtle Beach, SC; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Barbara Ralston of Dalton, Pam and Gary Patterson of Dalton, and Terri and Sharon Hall of John’s Creek; grandchildren, Emilia Pirozzi, Cole Laubscher and Luci Whaley; and nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
A memorial service will be held for Leigh Hall on Tuesday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. at Rockbridge Community Church with Rev. Matt Evans officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 17, from 5-8 p.m.
