Hale, Nell Blevins (Trenton)

Nell Blevins Hale, 78, of Trenton, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 in a local hospital, surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Hale was a member of Union Avenue Baptist Church in Rossville and was employed as a caregiver for home health. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rich & Roxie Young Blevins; husband, David Hicks; brothers, Olen, Cleve and R.M. Blevins; and sisters, Geneva Bearden and Mary Sue Stephens.

Survivors include her daughters, Donna (Scott) Apuli, of Trenton and Anita (Doug) Blaylock, of Chickamauga; son, Corbin (Yvonne) Sneed, of Chattanooga; sister, Faye Oliver, of Ooltewah; grandchildren, Nicole DeBerry, Cody Guger and Chelsie Gibson; great-grandchildren, Haedyn Guger, Ryelnd Guger, Kinzlee Gibson, Brody Gibson, Brynleigh DeBerry, Krisily Songer, Callie Songer and Colden Songer; and several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, funeral services and burial will be private for family only.

A visitation for friends will be held Thursday, Jan. 20 from 3-8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton.
