Patsy Ruth Wilson Fitz
Patsy Ruth Wilson Fitz, age 84, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, January 23, 2022 at her residence.
She was born Feb. 21, 1937 in Dalton, a daughter of the late William and Pearl Byers Raper. She was also preceded in death by her husband, JW Wilson; son, Robert Wilson; brother, Wade Raper; and sisters, Evelyn Wells and Betty Raper.
She is survived by her husband, Wallace Fitz of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Gail Wilson; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Ricky Hicks of Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Cheryl Raper of Chatsworth, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Gary Crisp of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Shane Wilson, Kevin and Amber Hicks, Brian and Lisa Hicks; great-grandchildren, Tucker, Alexis, Natalie; and nieces and nephews.
Private family service will be held and she will be laid to rest at the West Hill Cemetery.
