Ronald White
Ronald Andrae White, 61, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, in a local hospital.
He was a graduate of Kirkman Technical High School, and later went on to obtain his associate's degree. Ronald was a member of Antioch Primitive Baptist Church and New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He also served as a minister of music for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie B. White; grandmother, Mary D. Marble; grandfather, Clifford White; and aunt, Nadine Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Samantha White; mother, Johnnie Mae Cook; sons, Adrian White, Darius Graves, both of Chattanooga, Pierce (Christy) Green of South Pittsburg, and Raphael (Holley) Dupree of Cedar Town, GA; daughters, Chanigh Patton, Charise Graves, and Chiara Graves, all of Chattanooga; 17 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brothers, Tommy L. Cook and Errol Beard, both of Chattanooga; uncle, Hillard (Margaret) White; aunts, Ethel Mae Ricks and Amelia Vinson, both of Chattanooga; cousins, Kelvin (Yolanda) Smith, Ken Smith, Tony Smith, Darryl Adams, Tabitha Caldwell, all of Chattanooga, and Cynthia Smith of Charlotte, NC.
Ronald will lie in state on Saturday, Jan. 29, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Dwight Clark as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
