Ashley HomeStore Opens 1st Cleveland Showroom With Holiday-Inspired Activities Dec. 9

  • Monday, December 5, 2022

Ashley HomeStore has opened its first Cleveland location at 4540 Frontage Road NW, presenting a "complete selection of home furnishings and room packages within an enhanced shopping experience."

To celebrate its opening, the new Ashley store will host a full day of free, holiday-inspired activities this Friday.

"Following an official ribbon cutting at 10 a.m., shoppers can enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate bar with all the toppings, a spectacular, Instagram-worthy flower wall and other fun holiday activities," officials said.

The new-look, 25,000 square-foot showroom features room settings and visual displays which match the lifestyles of its shoppers, from active families with larger homes and outdoor spaces to those in apartments and smaller footprint homes.

Shoppers also can browse among outdoor furniture and accessories, children's furniture, home accents and wall decor, table lamps, floor lamps and wall lighting, mattresses and bedding.

“Our new store design presents merchandise that suits how our shoppers are living their lives,” said Jeff Magner, executive vice president marketing for Ashley HomeStore.

The new store’s Studio settings, for example, appeal to recent grads, young married couples, those downsizing from larger, semi-traditional homes and others looking to maximize space without sacrificing quality or style, while keeping on budget.

Mr. Magner adds the new store design offers improved lighting and fewer walls to create better sight lines.

"Ashley’s Purchase with Purpose program also gives shoppers the opportunity to give back to those in need at no additional cost," officials said. "Programs provide a voice for the vulnerable, access to basic healthcare in developing countries and the hope of a good night sleep so a child can dream for tomorrow."

The national home furnishings retailer operates 21 Ashley and Ashley Outlet stores in Tennessee, including two in the Chattanooga area.

“We’ve had our eye on Cleveland for quite some time,” said Mr. Magner. “All the while we’ve been very impressed with how the city has built a robust community while maintaining its small-town charm.”

Ashley’s new Cleveland store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday from noon-8 p.m.
