Sunny 92.3 FM Hosts Radiothon For Children’s Hospital At Erlanger

Sunny 92.3 FM is broadcasting the “Sunny Cares 4 Kids Radiothon” live 6 a.m. until 9 a.m. from Children’s Hospital at Erlanger’s Kennedy Outpatient Center starting Wednesday through Friday.

Listeners are encouraged to call or text to donate to the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Children’s Hospital at Erlanger. Donations are accepted by calling1-877-335-5437 over the three-day period. The community can text “SunnyKids”, “QCares” or “Hits96” to 51-555 to donate. During the event, James Howard and Kim Carson will speak with patient families along with dedicated Children’s physicians and share their stories of hope, inspiration and the importance of community support needed to provide specialized pediatric care.  This event provides a unique experience for the community to hear the many untold stories of the miracles that happen at Children's Hospital at Erlanger each day.

Listeners can access the radiothon at 92.3 FM or online at www.sunny923.com and hear first-hand from the many families who have benefited from the hospital’s treatment and care. Caring 4 Kids will also air on partnering stations on Wednesday. Classic Country will air from 6-9 a.m. and Hits 96 will air from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Children’s Hospital at Erlanger will also share behind the scenes videos and stories on social media.

Children’s Hospital at Erlanger thrives on the support of generous donors in the community; including Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals programs like the Sunny Cares for Kids Radiothon. Since 2007, the Sunny Cares for Kids Radiothon has money for the community’s children.  

All funds raised through this year’s radiothon will support Children’s Hospital at Erlanger’s efforts to continue to provide specialized, pediatric care to the region.
