The Chattanooga Division of Transportation announced the following special event road closures:
Lookout Valley Christmas Parade
Browns Ferry Road southbound will experience a rolling roadblock beginning Saturday, Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. from Lookout Valley Elementary School to Kelly's Ferry Road. Only the southbound lane will be affected. Where Browns Ferry Road becomes multi-lane, the far right lane will be utilized for the parade. Chattanooga Police will be on-site directing traffic.
Care Of Giving In This Season
Baldwin Street between E. 11th Street and E. 10th Street will be closed Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for an event to benefit the area homeless.
Chattanooga Area Food Bank Commodities Distribution
Curtain Pole Road will be temporarily converted to one-way traveling southbound on Saturday, Dec. 10 from 6-11 a.m. for commodities distribution.
