Mike Dumitru Can Be Our Next Great Circuit Court Judge

  • Tuesday, March 1, 2022

Elections in Hamilton County state courts for judges are held every eight years. Primary elections are May 3. This includes Hamilton County Circuit Court II (Civil Court).

As a voter you decide who will sit on the bench and make decisions that touch family and your business. Get to know those running for office. I encourage you to get to know Mike Dumitru. He is tirelessly going about our county to meet you and answer your questions.

Why is he the best person for Circuit Court II (Civil) in this election? Simply — he is intelligent, thoughtful and studies the law. He is an experienced trial attorney. Mike has a quiet reassuring confidence and is a great listener. He is guided by his family (and his faith), his maturity beyond his years, and calm have grown through life experiences. Mike treats every person with the same respect and dignity.

Having practiced law since 1978 in both state and federal courts throughout our country, I have been before many judges. Good judges and great judges. Mike can be our next great Civil Court judge.

Go meet Mike.

And vote Tuesday, May 3. Early voting begins Wednesday, April 13, through Thursday, April 28.

Marcy Eason, Chattanooga Attorney
