NetGain Technologies announced Monday the acquisition of Cyber Solutions in Anderson, S.C. The acquisition deepens and expands NetGain’s presence in the Southeastern market.
Employees of Cyber Solutions will join the NetGain team, and clients will continue to receive the service and support they have come to know and expect.

Cyber Solutions, founded in 1999, started as a break-fix operation then pivoted to custom-developed managed services and support in 2011. “We realized that a proactive approach was logical and efficient for one of the most valuable assets that a company has – its data,” Mr. Gurley said.
Cyber Solutions, which has 32 employees, found success pitching, onboarding and retaining a large majority of the housing authorities in South Carolina.
