Kayleigh Heaton
Waterhouse Public Relations has expanded its team with the addition of Kayleigh Heaton as account executive.
“Heaton brings a strong understanding of politics and communication to her work and is experienced in delivering results,” said Marissa Bell, the firm’s vice president. “Her depth of experience and positive, energetic attitude make her a great addition, and we’re looking forward to what we can accomplish together for our clients.”
As account executive, Ms.
Heaton will help develop communication strategies for Waterhouse clients and work to ensure that all strategies align with each client’s specific goals. Her background and skills in research, writing, content creation and relationship building have prepared her for her role at Waterhouse PR.
Ms. Heaton most recently serviced as a constituent services representative for United States Representative Chuck Fleischmann’s district office in Chattanooga. She supported constituent requests for assistance by communicating with federal agencies and managing a case load. Ms. Heaton’s previous experience includes U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn’s election campaign, the Republican National Committee and Astec Industries.
A native of Chattanooga, Ms. Heaton attained a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and is currently completing her master’s in strategic public relations from George Washington University. Outside of work, Ms. Heaton enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two dogs.
