Throwing Stones From Congressman's Glass House

  • Friday, May 27, 2022

I just read the opportunistic, hypocritical, and shameful comments by former New York Congressman Steve Israel pushing for (once again) tighter gun control legislation.

Congressman Israel stated that Republicans will not support more and stricter gun control legislation in light of the tragedy in Uvalde, Tx., this week where 19 young school children and two teachers were murdered by a deranged 18-year-old with "assault rifles". He stated that Republicans would not help Democrats tighten gun laws out of fear of "losing votes".

After liberal Supreme Court Justices created out of whole cloth, the unconstitutional language supporting Roe v. Wade, resulting in the subsequent murder of over 63 million unborn babies in the womb by Planned Parenthood, since 1973, one could just as easily charge former New York Congressman Steve Israel of supporting this ongoing slaughter of innocent unborn children out of fear of losing votes and elections for him and other Democrats.

Shame on any thoughtless and disgusting politician on either side that would use the death of these beautiful children, and their grieving parents for political gain.  Don't some of these politicians have a soul?  Oh I forgot, I think we all know the answer to that question. Rest in peace little ones.  May God comfort your anguished families.
