Ronald Ralph Milner, 71, passed away on June 29, 2022, in the care of Hospice. 

Ronny was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on March 12, 1951. He attended Chattanooga City High School then began working for Blue Cross Blue Shield. He resided and worked in Houston and Atlanta, before returning to Chattanooga in his latter years. Ronny will be remembered by his family for his kind heart and generosity to others. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Milner; mother, Betty Lucille Milner, and nephew, William ‘Bubber’ Posey.

He is survived by his sister, Ellen Sue Posey; brother-in-law, William E. Posey; niece, Kimberly Horton (Patrick); great-niece and nephew Madeline Record (Stephen) and Matthew Horton (Carolyn).

The family would like to express sincere thanks to his nurse practitioner, Sabrina Stover for her above and beyond loving care and support of Ronny and to the East Team of Hospice of Chattanooga, especially Ann and Kalicia. 

A private memorial will be held by the family. 

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.
