Mr. Higney completed his tenure as the managing member of Grant Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C., a 28-attorney firm based in Chattanooga. He earned his undergraduate business degree, with honors, from UT-Chattanooga and his law degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
