Doug Paffe, 82, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

He was born on March 24, 1940, in Birmingham.

 He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Towle Paffe and his parents Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Thomas Paffe.

He is survived by his children, Robert Paffe, Daniel Paffe, Janiece Paffe Cole, and Gayland Paffe, seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Joseph Thomas Paffe, Jr. of Biloxi, MS. Among his loved ones were Lisa and Mahindra Chaudhari.

He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of St. Albans Episcopal Church.
