Fredrick Lee Mikes
Fredrick Lee Mikes, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, in a local hospital.
He was educated in the Chattanooga Public School System. Frederick was formerly employed with DM Steward as a kiln operator.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annette Mikes; mother, Jimmie Williams; father, Johnny Williams, and brother, Vincent Mikes.
Survivors include his son, Derrick (Yolanda) Mikes; two grandchildren; brothers, Ed (Gwendolyn) Mikes and Glen Mikes; uncle, Charlie Mikes; aunt, Margie (David) Cook, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Frederick will lie in state on Saturday, March 11, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Vincent Dixon as the eulogist.
