Hamilton County EMS Holds Awards Banquet

Hamilton County EMS held its annual awards banquet at Chester Frost Park pavilion on Saturday.

The event honored employees for going above and beyond to serve the citizens of Hamilton County through heroic acts and extraordinary contributions to EMS.

Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp, HCEMS Director John Miller and Administrator of General Services Christy Cooper presented awards to personnel for EMT and Paramedic of the Year, Medical and Trauma Call of the Year, and others.

HCEMS Director Miller said, “It is a pleasure to honor our staff who have demonstrated a commitment to service, outstanding clinical interventions and in many cases acts of courage, that truly deserve public recognition.”
