Damon Tate Shot And Killed In Neighborhood Fight At Jasper; Tyler Moore Is Arrested

A man was shot and killed in a fight in Marion County on Tuesday.

Authorities said Damon Tate was the victim, and Tyler Moore was in custody for the shooting.

Family members said the shooting was the result of a fight Tuesday afternoon in a neighborhood north of I-24 in Jasper.

The victim left behind three children.
