National Medal of Honor Heritage Center hosts a free webinar Saturday at 12 p.m. with Steve Phan, historian and park ranger with the National Park Service.

Mr. Phan will be discussing the Civil War Defenses of Washington, the Battle of Fort Stevens, and Sgt. William J. Wray who received his Medal of Honor for actions during the battle.
