Tommy Roe
Tommy E. Roe, 80, of St. Elmo, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024, at his home.
He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area and was of the Christian faith. Tommy was known for his work with Brock Auto where he detailed cars for over 26 years. Tommy’s grandchildren were the light of his life, and he cherished his time with them. Tommy loved detailing cars and riding around sightseeing. He loved to travel especially to the Casinos where he could be found at a Blackjack Table with his suit and yellow tie on. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Roe; brothers, Ralph Roe and Charles Roe; and sisters, Ruth Morgan and Shirley Taylor.
Survivors include three children, Cynthia McCormick, William Anderson (Haley Bohannon), and Haley Anderson Crowder (J.D. Crowder); ten grandchildren, Carman Hinton, D.J. McCormick, Michael Thomas Anderson, Wyatt Jo Anderson, Aidan Bryant Anderson, Jayda Hinton, Bradyn Hinton, Oaklynn Crowder, Colton Crowder, and Drake Alex McCormick; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Larry Gordy and Daniel Beard officiating.
Interment will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery in St. Elmo.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
