Patricia Kay “Patty” Ledbetter of Harison, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

She was born in Yankton, South Dakota, to the late Richard and Dorothy Gross on June 8, 1959.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Herbert Gross and Dorothy Della Gross, father and mother in-law, Odis Harold Ledbetter and Jessie Lee Ledbetter, daughter, Savannah Lee Ledbetter, stepsons, Ronnie Glenn Ledbetter and Michael Shane Ledbetter, nephew, Jeremy Lee Gross, nieces, Stephanie Marie Potts and Krister Nicole Ledbetter.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Odis Ledbetter, stepson, Bryan Keith Ledbetter of Shelbyville, Tennessee, siblings, Douglas Wayne Gross (Vicki) of Amarillo, Texas, Richard Harold Gross (Marsha) of South Carolina, Leatha Marie Langford (Jon) of Harmony, North Carolina, and her best friend and twin sister, Pamela Sue Gross, grandsons, Zach Ainsworth, Cody Ainsworth, Shane Ledbetter, Hunter Ledbetter, Brandon Ledbetter, and James Hood, granddaughters, Alyssa Ledbetter, Constance Ledbetter, Amber Baltimore, Taylor Ledbetter, Natalie Hood, Kyah Hood, and Brianna Masengale, nephews, Blaine Gross and Jared Gross, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Patricia retired from Council Fire Golf Course, where she worked in maintenance. Her happy place was the beach, and she really loved all her fur babies.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Travis Rodgers officiating. Interment will follow in New McDonald Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Gerald Davis, Troy Widgeon, James Hood, Adam Watts, Cody Ainsworth, and Zach Ainsworth. Honorary pallbearer, Joseph Wingfield.
