Officers were approached at the City Hall by a motorist about an erratic driver traveling on Apison Pike. Officers were able to locate the driver and conducted a traffic stop after observing erratic behavior. A brief investigation resulted in the driver being arrested for D.U.I., Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent, Unlawful Inhalation of Glue, Paint, etc., Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Aggravated Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device.
Two fugitives were taken into custody from the Bradley County Jail. The individuals were booked on warrants for possession of narcotics.
Officers responded to a 9-1-1 hang up in the 4800 block of College Drive East. Officers checked the area, and everything checked ok.
Officers advised a citizen on a work dispute.
Officers removed an abandoned vehicle in the 9900 block of Standifer Gap Road.
A driver in the 5900 block of Elementary Way was issued a misdemeanor citation for unlawful removal of a license plate and driving on a suspended license.
A two-vehicle crash occurred in the 8900 block of Old Lee Highway.
Officers advised a citizen on a civil matter in the 5800 block of Ed Ken Drive.
A vehicle left the roadway and entered a ditch in the 5600 block of Main Street. A citizen was able to pull the vehicle out of the ditch.
A driver in the 9900 block of Apison Pike was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving without a license.
A traffic stop in the 5800 block of Main Street resulted in the driver getting arrested for possession of a Schedule VI drug with intent to resell and resisting arrest.
K9 Krino was deployed to assist Hamilton County Deputies on a traffic stop. K9 Krino alerted to the presence of narcotics, and a search led to the discovery of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
