The retail property where Food City is located at 7804 East Brainerd Road has been sold for $6,575,000.

The property that sits on 6.07 acres was built in 1973 and has 64,777 square feet of leasable space that was recently renovated.

Gateway Shopping Center LLC purchased the proprty from East Brainerd LLC.
