Appointment Of General Sessions Court Judge Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE
TO APPOINT ONE GENERAL SESSIONS COURT JUDGE, DIVISION III
HAMILTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
HAMILTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE
In accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated §5-5-111 and §5-1-104, notice is hereby given regarding procedures and meeting date for filling the Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge, Division III vacancy created by the retirement of Clarence Shattuck, effective April 1, 2019.

Qualified Attorneys applying for the vacancy must submit their letter of interest and resume to the County Commission Office, Room 401 Courthouse, Friday, March 8, 2019 through Thursday, March 14, 2019 between the hours 8 am and 4 pm and Friday, March 15, 2019 between the hours 8 am and 12 pm.

Interviews will take place Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 1 pm in the Commission Assembly Room 402. Voting will take place at the Wednesday, March 27, 2019 Commission Recess Meeting at 9:30 am in the Commission Assembly Room 402, Hamilton County Courthouse, 625 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37402.
