River Terminal Road, Chattanooga, TN 37406, will conduct a test on the machines to be used
at the early voting locations for the March 2, 2021 Election.
Election Day: Pursuant to T.C.A. §2-9-105(b), notice is hereby given that on Wednesday,
February 17, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. the Hamilton County Election Commission, located at 700
River Terminal Road, Chattanooga, TN 37406, will conduct a test on the machines to be used
at the precincts for Election Day voting on March 2, 2021.

Take notice, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-44-103, that the Board, the governing body of the Electric Power Board of Chattanooga, Tennessee, will convene and meet in an electronic session because the Board has determined an electronic meeting is necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Tennesseans due to the COVID-19 outbreak according to Executive Order No. 16 issued on March 20, 2020 and Executive Order No. 71 issued on December 27, 2020 by the Governor of the State of Tennessee. The electronic meeting will be conducted on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time where and at which time said Board will transact such public business as may lawfully come before it.
