BAND PRACTICE SPACE

Hi. New startup cover band is looking to rent a permanent practice space. It is a 7-piece band and we are NOISELESS, meaning that there are no amplifiers, no PA system, and no acoustic drums. We all practice with In Ear Monitors (IEM). The only sound that's really heard is the natural sound of the vocals. Would like a secure space where some gear can be left in place rather than set up and tear down for each practice. Practices will either be once a week or once every two weeks. Ideal space size is about 18' x 15'. If you know of something that will fit the bill, please contact John at john@flashdriveband.com Thank you!!
